Our cardio kickboxing is meant for those who are tired of running on treadmill or waiting for a free elliptical in a cramped gym. We create tough, but fun workouts that also teach you the fundamentals of striking and pad holding. Why waste time running for an hour when you can get a workout in while learning how to defend yourself.
